Hat Return & Exchange Policy for Custom Hats

Our customer’s satisfaction is our number one priority at CHARRED COWPOKE. Custom hat order returns are based on a case by case basis. We work closely with you to ensure every custom order is personalized to what you hope for. Please make sure that when ordering, hat measurements are accurate to ensure a proper fit. A hat is similar to a new pair of boots, it might take a couple wears to break it in!

If you are completely unsatisfied with your order and a return is necessary, we will replace or refund your customer order once the original custom hat is returned to CHARRED COWPOKE safely and in original conditions in which it was shipped out. We do not cover return costs.
